Day 3 - Cape Tribulation Drive up further north to Cape Tribulation .On the way stop by Mossman Gorge and soak in the lush green natural surroundings, further up is the Daintree rainforests, the oldest tropical rainforest on earth and the only place on the planet where World Heritage - listed Daintree rainforests meets the Great Barrier Reef. Easy to find but hard to leave, the Daintree Rainforest is 100 kms north of Cairns or 45 kms north of Port Douglas Australia.
